• A thermoplastic liner is utilized for very harsh chemical environments

• PVC, CPVC, PVDF (KynarŪ), ECTFE (HalarŪ), ETFE (TefzelŪ) materials available

• The thermoplastic liner is first formed and welded using a butt fusion welding machine or a welding gun

• A secondary corrosion barrier may also be specified followed by structural FRP for mechanical strength

• The plastic liner will resist abrasion, higher temperatures and certain chemical, better than FRP on it's own

• Fire retardant materials

• Variety of finishes available
